Anxiety Management

This workshop combines crafting with quality materials and the teaching of self-management techniques for anxiety. Attendees go away with a keyring or a piece of jewellery that acts as a reminder of the techniques they have learned. 

Workshops can be provided for children, teens and adults.

Coming Soon... Confident Communication & Boundary Setting

In the final stages of development, this course will be available as a one-off or as a set of three workshops. It is primarily designed for the young, the anxious and the neurodiverse to gain practice managing social situations and learn how to maintain boundaries.

Challenging Unhelpful Thoughts

Based on the idea of unhelpful thinking styles from Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT), this workshop explores all the ways our brains can work against us while attendees craft a reminder that their thoughts are not facts and do not have to control them. 

Distress Tolerance

In this workshop, attendees consider different ways to deal with distress and create their own personalised set of cards in an attractive tin or on a keyring.

Strength and Resilience Crafting Activity

Using narrative and analogy, ideas of resilience and strength are explored while crafting an accessory that represents this. These workshops are good for all ages and groups, and are particularly suited for promoting a positive message of recovery. 

Complimentary Bracelet Activity

Sit down together and make matching bracelets. Choose a word to describe each other. Think what makes you happy and proud to know this person? What compliment do you think will make them happiest? Tell each other the word you have chosen and why. Leave with a bracelet that promotes positivity and self esteem.

Three Part Mental Health Workshops

A series of three workshops that promote good mental health and resilience. These workshops use a non-medicalised approach while incorporating evidence-based techniques used widely within the NHS.


In each session, participants have an informal chat on a mental health topic while making attractive jewellery and accessories designed to remind them of the concepts and self-help techniques they have learned.
